LFDC (London Fire Door Consultants Ltd) is a small, independent specialist fire door inspection and consultancy practice providing professional services principally within London and the South East of England.

LFDC does not employ staff and does not manufacture, supply, install, maintain or undertake remedial works to fire doors. Our supply chain is therefore limited and consists principally of professional services, IT and software providers, office equipment and other general business services.

Where we recommend or introduce third-party contractors to clients, preference is given
to appropriately qualified and, where applicable, third-party certified organisations. Such
contractors remain independent businesses and are appointed directly by the client.
London Fire Door Consultants Ltd will not knowingly conduct business with any
organisation involved in slavery, human trafficking, forced or compulsory labour, child
labour or other forms of exploitation.

We expect our suppliers and professional service providers to operate lawfully and
ethically and to respect fundamental human rights within their own businesses and
supply chains.

Should London Fire Door Consultants Ltd become aware of any credible concern
relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices, the matter will be taken
seriously and appropriate action taken, which may include terminating the business
relationship.

Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Director of London Fire Door
Consultants Ltd.

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated where necessary to reflect changes
in our business activities, legislation or recognised good practice.
