Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

UK Bribery Act 2010 & all applicable laws

London Fire Door Consultants Ltd is committed to conducting all business activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to complying with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable laws.

This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, consultants, and any person acting on behalf of the Company.

​

Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting of an advantage or inducement with the intention of influencing a business decision or obtaining an improper benefit.

​

Bribery can occur in both public and private sectors and includes cash payments, gifts, hospitality, favours, or any other benefit intended to influence behaviour.

London Fire Door Consultants Ltd will commit to:

a. Never offer, give, request, or accept bribes or improper payments.

b. Conduct business fairly, honestly, and professionally.

c. Ensure all business decisions are based on merit, quality, service, and value.

d. Maintain accurate and transparent financial and business records.

e. Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to anti-bribery and

corruption.

Reasonable and proportionate business hospitality may be accepted or offered where it is lawful, transparent, and does not influence or appear to influence business decisions.

Gifts, hospitality, or benefits must not be accepted or offered if they could be perceived as an attempt to gain an improper advantage.

​

Any employee or representative who becomes aware of suspected bribery, corruption, or unethical conduct must report it immediately to a Director of the Company.

​

The Company will investigate all concerns appropriately and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.

​

Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or contract, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

​

The Directors of London Fire Door Consultants Ltd are responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. The policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continuedeffectiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
